In 2022, Buckhead Atlanta has lead the way with luxury shopping, housing, expanding affordable housing options, and increasing the amount of park space, with Path 400 that broke ground in November.

2011 -
August - "Buckhead Atlanta" emerged as the popular search phrase for the neighborhood as The Shops Buckhead Atlanta now Buckhead Village previous owner, Oliver McMillan attempted to trademark the term, twice.
December - Buckhead Mayor Sam Massell, and first Buckhead CID , endorsed the phrase at a Bisnow commercial real estate conference during his keynote speech when asked about it. He said Buckhead is part of Atlanta. Now the neighborhood continues to complete the new smile on Atlanta and all of Georgia and makes the State of Champions' heart beat.
December 2019
- BuckheadAtlanta.co is developed. It stemmed from a former Buckhead Rotary president enthusiastically encouraging me in front of a couple of attorneys and SEO expert to go the on offensive to develop the website at the Buckhead Club.
2020 -
On its February 24th blog post, honoring past, present and future leaders are recognized. A great example is the February 24, 2020 blog of current and future leaders of Buckhead Atlanta are recognized. Even my great vision could not have seen the accuracy of the next generation,

Buckhead Atlanta's housing market is stronger now than it was in 2019, both houses, and condominiums and townhomes. The number of single-family home sales surpassed 2019's even when you had two months of negative numbers, especially March and June with sales being down nearly 40%. Since July, things returned to normal; house sales volume "only" increased 18%.
Its condominium and townhome market surpassed Midtown's; sales increased in October and November, up 45% for Buckhead and compared and 42% for Midtown.

Buckhead Atlanta Luxury Market Stronger Than Ever!
If ever a statistic shows that Buckhead Atlanta is "the location of choice" as Buckhead Mayor Sam Massell once said, the March housing numbers prove it, just 59 days on the market for a million dollar home and selling price , on average, and almost full asking price.
A commercial real estate sign of Buckhead Atlanta's strength showed up just before the end of last year, Transwestern relocated its eastern headquarters into the Atlanta Financial Center, a vacant space of nearly two years from the City Club of Buckhead. No concessions were asked or offered.
